Ca'Rugate, Bucciato, Soave Classico Superiore 2022 75cl

From Ca'Rugate in Soave Classico, Bucciato 2022 is an orange wine with a savoury, richly flavoured style. This Soave Classico Superiore offers layered fruit and spice character, finishing with a bright, zesty lift that gives the wine freshness and definition.

Its profile brings together notes of ginger cake, bruised apple and honey marinaded oranges, making it a distinctive bottle for the table. The combination of savoury depth and a zingy finish suits relaxed dining and occasions where a more characterful white wine style is called for.
