From Celler 9+, Blau Cel Organic Blanc 2024 is a white wine shaped by a family history of vine growing across several generations. The estate was founded by owner Moises Virgili, who studied oenology and worked as an external oenologue for different cellars before establishing his own winery in the garage of his house.

Today, the winery is run by a small team, with three people working full time alongside seasonal vineyard workers. Its approach is rooted in careful work in small parcels, many planted with old vines, reflecting long-standing family experience in the vineyard.
