From Doña Paula, Cellier Doña Paula Sélección de Bodega Malbec 2019 is a red wine from the Alluvia vineyard in Gualtallary, Uco Valley. Grown at 1,350 metres above sea level, the site is defined by streambed soils with medium-sized alluvial rocks, calcium carbonate patinas, sand and chalk enamel, alongside very low organic matter and strong drainage.

Cool daytime conditions and cold nights shape a wine of depth and structure. The 2019 vintage shows a deep violet colour, with aromas of berries, graphite, black cherries and spice. On the palate, it has great concentration, firm tannins, fresh acidity and a long finish. Sustainable agricultural practices are used across Doña Paula’s vineyards.
