From Champagne Lallier, the Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru ‘Aÿ’ N.V. is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne that brings together the character of the Aÿ terroir with the elegance of the Côte des Blancs. Crafted using the very best grapes, it pours a fine gold colour with hints of apple green, followed by an elegant nose and a poised, citrus-led aromatic profile.

Lallier is fortunate to count 50 hectares of vines whose grapes are classified as Grands Crus, representing more than 1% of total production. The 17 Grand Cru communes account for almost 4,000 of the 33,105 total hectares with AOC Champagne status. Across its range, Lallier uses only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, with a large part of the vineyard situated on the hillsides of the Aÿ commune.
