At the foot of Sainte-Victoire, Château Gassier produces this 2023 Côtes de Provence rosé from its 40-hectare estate in Hautes-Provence. The property has been in the hands of the Gassier family since 1982, with the estate now managed by Baron Georges Gassier, representing the fifth generation of the family’s winegrowing history.

Le Pas du Moine shows a pale pink colour and a refined, fruit-led character. Dry, smooth and well balanced, it is a composed Provence rosé with an elegant profile that suits relaxed summer dining and light aperitif occasions.
