Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa Solids 53.5% minimum.

Milk Chocolate contains: Cocoa Solids 33.5% minimum, Milk Solids 21.8% minimum.

White Chocolate contains: Cocoa Solids 28% minimum, Milk Solids 23% minimum.
