Produced in Penedès from organic Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, this sparkling wine is made by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and around nine months on the lees in the producer’s historic underground cellars.

The style is crisp and dry, with a pale straw colour, fine mousse and a fresh, fruit-forward character. Lemon, crisp apple and a hint of melon lead into a clean, balanced finish, making it well suited to celebrations, brunches and easy pouring for gatherings.
