From Gramona, Lustros Brut Nature Organic 2017 is a fine sparkling wine with notable maturity balanced by youthful freshness. Aged for 94 months before release, it opens with aromas of baked apple, ripe pear, lemon zest and grapefruit zest, followed by dried flowers and herbs including fennel and rosemary.

The extended ageing brings layered notes of hazelnut, pastry, toast, brioche and toffee. Concentrated and increasingly expressive in the glass, it is finished with a superbly fine, creamy mousse and a lively finish.
