Colomba Bianca, Vitese, Sicily, Zibibbo 2025 75cl

From Colomba Bianca’s Vitese range in Sicily, this 2025 Zibibbo offers an aromatic white wine with a bright, expressive profile. Lifted notes of white peach and dried apricot are joined by floral hints of Seville orange and jasmine, with a touch of ginger spice bringing added definition.

Its fragrant character makes it well suited to relaxed dining and lighter dishes, while the combination of fruit, florals and spice gives it a distinctive Sicilian style.
