Cooks Professional Cast Iron Skillet Pan | Orange

High-heat cooking comes into its own with the Cooks Professional Cast Iron Skillet Pan. This 26cm square cast iron pan is shaped for searing and chargrilling, with a ridged base that creates defined grill-style marks while allowing excess fat to drain away.

A smooth vitreous enamel interior provides a non-reactive surface that won’t absorb flavours or odours, and also makes cleaning simpler than traditional bare cast iron. Designed to move easily between cooking methods, it can be used on the hob, in the oven, on induction and under the grill. A sturdy handle supports controlled handling when cooking at high temperatures.
