KitchenCraft Deluxe Cast Iron 24cm Round Ribbed Grill Pan

From KitchenCraft Deluxe, this round cast iron Grill Pan brings a grill-house finish to everyday cooking, with a ribbed base designed to sear and chargrill. Suitable for use on hobs including induction, it can also be used in ovens, under grills and on barbecues, making it a versatile choice for everything from midweek meals to steak night.

Cast iron heats up to a high temperature, helping you achieve a distinctive striped sear on meat, fish and vegetables. The raised ridges lift food away from juices and oils, while also draining away fat for a lighter result. With seasoning and pre-heating before each use, the pan develops natural non-stick properties over time, so you can cook quickly without needing to add extra oil.
