Self Adjusting Lifting Fork

Remaining safe is always the top priority when cooperating with industrial equipment, such as cranes and forklifts. However, when working, it is also common to be under pressure, and being as efficient as possible is important. Our Self Stabilising Crane Forks combine safety and pace when operating machinery.

To adjustable forks protrude from the base, for picking up pallets of varying sizes. 'Self Adjusting' refers to the eyelet that is attached to the top of the fork. The eyelet slides up and down the diagonal bar, stopping at a per-designated point. This allows the centre of mass to remain below the connection point, keeping the load steady. Removable pins lock in place, to adjust the fork width - 400mm to 900mm - and crane height - 1. 65m to 2. 35m - for various loads. A sleek yellow finish keeps the fork visible, abrasion resistant and durable.

It is important to NOT exceed the Safe Working Load, and also to keep any load on the forks bellow the fork length - 1m - to allow the devise to work properly. Our product prevents the need for slings and awkward hook ups.

A minimum load of 20% is required for the self balancing feature to function.
