Delicario Ravioli with Ricotta and Spinach

Ingredients: Pasta: Durum WHEAT flour, pasteurised EGG, WHEAT flour.

Filling: Ricotta (whey from sheep MILK, salt), burrata cheese 3% (mozzarella (MILK, salt), cream (MILK)), cherry tomatoes 6.5%, cheese (MILK, salt), mozzarella (MILK, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast (WHEAT), salt), salt, nutmeg, pepper.

May contain traces of CRUSTACEANS, NUTS, MOLLUSCS, FISH, CELERY, MUSTARD and SOY.

Delicario Speck and Chanterelle Sauce

Ingredients: Fresh milk, fresh onion, 10% speck (pork, salt, dextrose, spices), smoked bacon (pork, salt, sugar, spices, flavourings), Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, sunflower oil, butter, chanterelle mushrooms 2%, sea salt, spices, natural flavours. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.

Delicario Parmigiano Reggiano

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, salt, rennet

Chardonnay, Friuli Isonzo DOC, I Feudi di Romans
