Delicario Ravioli with Ricotta and Spinach

Ingredients: Pasta: Durum WHEAT flour, pasteurised EGG, WHEAT flour.

Filling: Ricotta (whey from sheep MILK, salt), burrata cheese 3% (mozzarella (MILK, salt), cream (MILK)), cherry tomatoes 6.5%, cheese (MILK, salt), mozzarella (MILK, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast (WHEAT), salt), salt, nutmeg, pepper.

May contain traces of CRUSTACEANS, NUTS, MOLLUSCS, FISH, CELERY, MUSTARD and SOY.

Delicario Tomato Sauce with Chilli Pepper

Ingredients: Tomato sauce (83%), extra virgin olive oil (14%), chilli (1%), salt, sugar, parsley, garlic.

Delicario Parmigiano Reggiano

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, salt, rennet

Chardonnay, Friuli Isonzo DOC, I Feudi di Romans
