Kick off with a Classic pistocchi cake from Italy and a glass of fresh white Pinot Grigio or Nebbiolo d’Alba. There are condiments of organic extra virgin olive oil, flavoured Mallorcan salt flakes and pasta with a wide selection of punchy sauces. Fragrant Italian cookies of traditional amaretti and also cinnamon, almonds and hazelnuts are followed by smooth 55% chocolate from La Perla.
