Gourmet delights from across the continent on a grand scale with the haute couture of Champagne from family vineyard Damien-Buffet, a fresh pinot grigio from Friuli and a delicious Erice Nero D’Avola to toast the celebration. Begin with green olive paté, Beef bresaola and salami Emilia, grilled artichokes and flavoursome cheeses from the South Tyrol and aged Manchego accompanied by the crunch of Pane Carasau and savoury biscuits of walnut and sage.
