Domaine de Belle Mare Picpoul de Pinet 2025 75cl

From Domaine de Belle Mare, this 2025 Picpoul de Pinet comes from the Languedoc, where the estate’s 45-hectare vineyard lies around the clear waters of Lake Thau. The Mediterranean climate and prominent northerly wind support healthy vines and even ripening, shaping a white wine with freshness and precision.

Bright pale yellow with green hues, it opens with a very fresh, delicate floral nose of white flowers. The palate is lively and fresh, with a touch of lemon and a mineral, salty finish. Its crisp profile makes it a natural match for shellfish, particularly oysters and mussels from the Lake Thau area.
