From Domaine de Pellehaut in Gascony, Harmonie de Gascogne Blanc is a white wine shaped by a long-established family estate managed by Martin and Mathieu Béraut. At 10.5% ABV, this cuvée brings together a blend of five to seven grape varieties, including Colombard, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay and Gros Manseng, with the aim of expressing the estate’s terroir through balance and freshness.

The wine shows a silvery colour with subtle green highlights and an expressive nose. Notes of peach and apricot are joined by lime blossom and honeysuckle, while the palate combines apricot, pear and white peach before a refreshing grapefruit finish. Its bright, versatile style suits serving as an aperitif or alongside white meats, seafood and cheeses.
