Barrel fermentation for 30% of the wine, followed by lees contact, brings added breadth and texture to the appellation’s characteristic steely precision.

The result is focused yet rounded, with a full, enveloping feel balanced by lively acidity. Aromas of smoke, tomato leaf and mown grass sit alongside white flowers and ripe stone fruits, carrying through seamlessly onto the palate.
