Dream Theater 'Images And Words' LP Clear Vinyl

The first Dream Theater album with new vocalist James LaBrie was a terrific blend of different prog metal styles. Berklee Music School graduate John Petrucci on guitar, bassist John Myung and drummer Mike Portnoy are fantastic musicians, and among the album's highlights are the complex "Metropolis, Pt. 1," "Pull Me Under" (which played up and down on MTV in 1992), "Take The Time" and the eleven-minute "Learning To Live. "

'Images And Words' underscore that the band's musicianship and songwriting are well above the norm - in the years that followed, the band proved time and again that they could easily maintain that standard.
