Ecohome Insulation EcoPro Foam - The Low-E Alternative

From Ecohome Insulation, EcoPro Foam is a reflective insulation solution designed to help manage heat loss, excess heat and moisture within the home. Positioned as a Low-E alternative, it combines thermal and vapour control properties in one product and is intended for a wide range of applications including floors, walls, lofts, sheds and garages.

When taped and sealed around joints and edges with the included Thermaseal Foil Joining Tape, EcoPro Foam acts as a vapour control layer while also helping to prevent draughts and reduce cold bridging. Its reflective foil surface is described as having a low emissivity value of around 0.03 to 0.5, with just 3%-5% of radiant heat able to pass through. The result is a practical insulation option for spaces where condensation and damp can become an issue, while also helping to reflect excess heat away during warmer months.
