Ellis Rugby’s France Rugby 1906 sweatshirt draws on the landmark match played at the Parc des Princes in Paris on 1 January 1906, when France faced the New Zealand All Blacks in their first capped international. The story centres on Georges Jèrôme, the French Guiana-born lock forward who played in that historic fixture and scored France’s second try after half-time.
Made from soft-touch 100% cotton with a fleece-lined inner, it is finished with a zip and a detailed appliqué circle crest. Tricolour rib at the neck and cuffs and tape at the neck opening complete the look. Sizes run from S to 5XL. A ‘Story-Teller’ microchip is included in the garment label on the front, just above the hem; scan it with a smartphone to launch the video content.
