From Domaine de la Janasse, Chaupin 2023 is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape red with a poised, concentrated style. The 2023 vintage opens with ripe aromas of currant, chocolate, liquorice and Provençal herbs, leading into a palate that is rich and dense yet fresh, with a lively mineral edge and bright acidity.

Its finish is defined by very smooth tannins, giving the wine polish as well as structure. A serious southern Rhône red with clarity and lift, it can be enjoyed now or kept for further development up to 2035.
