From Esporão, Monte Velho Tinto 2024 is a balanced, gastronomic red wine that brings out the aromas and flavours of Alentejo grapes. Designed with everyday drinking in mind, it suits relaxed meals at home as well as more considered food pairings, offering a smooth palate and a rich aromatic profile.

First launched in 1992, Monte Velho takes its name from the monte located next to the Caridade reservoir at Herdade do Esporão. Created with the same origin and philosophy as Esporão Reserva, it was developed to reach more people and to make daily wine consumption feel like an experience, while staying true to the character of its region.

Produced according to Alentejo’s winegrowing tradition, the blend of grape varieties and vinification techniques is intended to express where it comes from, with rich aromas and an excellent gastronomic bent.
