Delivery Information

• Kerbside delivery only
• Delivery to rooms inside the property is not available
• Item is delivered in two separate boxes via different couriers. If only one box arrives, please allow 1–2 additional days for the second delivery
• Please inspect the item carefully before signing for delivery.
•  If the glass is damaged during transit, do not refuse the delivery. Contact us with details and replacement glass will be arranged.

Important Fire Pit Safety Notice

• Always place the gas fire pit on top of the glass, not underneath
• Do not cover the igniter with lava stones
• Refer to the product images for correct setup
• A 5 kg gas bottle is strongly recommended
• Before use, carefully check all joints and hoses for leaks
• Incorrectly secured gas bottles or leaking hoses may cause serious safety risks
