Fitness Mad 12 Inch Exer-Soft Ball

From Fitness Mad, the Exer-Soft Ball is a 12” soft exercise ball designed to add variety and control to floor-based training. Used as a support during exercises or placed between the hands, arms or knees, it introduces resistance to help develop strength, endurance and co-ordination. It is also suitable for pelvic floor exercises, making it a versatile choice for home workouts and studio routines alike.

Finished in grey with an anti-slip surface for a secure grip, this ball is factory tested and shown to be burst-resistant at 100kg. Made from latex-free DINP PVC, it’s a practical option for those seeking a latex-free material choice. Smaller sizes are also available in 7” or 9” (sold separately).
