Fitness Mad 9 Inch Exer-Soft Ball

The Fitness Mad 9 Inch Exer-Soft Ball is ideal for putting the fun back into your exercise routine. Use it as a prop during your mat exercises to improve concentration and endurance or use between your hands, arms or knees to  add resistance into your workout to help build strength and increase muscle toning. It can also be placed under the lower back to provide support.

Made from latex-free DINP PVC, the ball is anti-slip and offers and excellent grip. Factory tested, this ball was found to be burst resistant at 100kg.
