Fitness Mad 7 Inch Exer-Soft Ball

From Fitness Mad, the Exer-Soft Ball is a compact exercise ball designed to add controlled resistance to floor-based routines. Place it between the knees, hands or arms to introduce an extra challenge to your training, supporting strength work and co-ordination. It also suits slower-paced sessions, where it can be used to aid concentration and relaxation, and it is ideal for pelvic floor exercises.

Made from latex-free DINP PVC, this 7-inch ball has an anti-slip finish to help maintain a secure grip during movement. For added reassurance, it has been factory tested and found to be burst-resistant at 100kg.
