Generously filled with buckwheat hulls, it moulds to the contours of your body to provide firm, stable cushioning for supported backbends, forward folds and relaxation postures. The filling can be adjusted by adding or removing buckwheat hulls, allowing you to tailor the height, firmness and weight to suit your practice.

Finished with a soft, durable 100% cotton outer cover, this bolster is designed for regular studio or home use. A zipped closure allows the cover to be removed for cleaning, with hand-washing in cold water and line drying recommended. A sturdy carry handle, embroidered with the Yoga-Mad logo, makes it easy to transport between sessions.
