Marcy UB3000 Adjustable Utility Bench Incline Decline Flat Military

Marcy’s UB3000 adjustable utility bench is built for free-weight training in a compact format that stores neatly between sessions. The foldable frame sets it apart from a standard fixed bench, giving you flat, incline, decline and military positions without demanding permanent floor space.

Adjustment is straightforward, with the back support stem locating into multiple hooks to change the angle. It also converts into a full abdominal bench, while two stability handles at the front and four foam roller pads help keep your position secure during more controlled movements. A powder-coated steel frame, boxed soft vinyl upholstery and high-density foam padding complete the build, with support for a total load capacity of 186kg.
