The adjustable straps extend from 1. 2m to 2. 5m, while the 1. 25m anchor strap with five attachment points allows you to fix it to a door, wall anchor (not included), or secure outdoor fixture up to 1. 1m in circumference.

Weighing just 1. 4 kg and supplied with a mesh carry bag, it’s ideal for home, gym, and outdoor sessions. The system is independently load-tested to over 500kg for exceptional reliability, with a recommended maximum user weight of 125kg.
