Fixaball Chemical Anchor Resin Studs A2/ 304 Stainless Steel

For resin-based fixing applications, these Fixaball chemical anchor studs are supplied in A2/304 stainless steel with plain ends. Each stud includes a full hex nut and washer, and the range covers M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24 sizes.

Suitable for use with capsules and injection resin, they are used across structural and installation work including guard rails, silo installations, staircases, steel consoles, masts, skirting protection, façades, steelwork constructions and anchoring heavy machines.

Safety information

• Check that the substrate is stable before fixing.
• Use the correct drill bit size for the selected stud.
• Drill holes square to the surface.
• Drill to a minimum depth of anchor length - maximum fixture thickness + 10mm.
• Clean the hole with the correct sized brush and blow out dust before installation.
• Use a suitable chemical resin.
• Turn the stud gently while inserting it, positioning it around 10mm from the bottom of the hole.
• Missing installation details will impair the performance of the stud and may make it unsafe.
