Forgefix Threaded Rod, A2 Stainless Steel - Multi Colour

For corrosion-resistant fastening in demanding environments, this Forgefix threaded rod is manufactured from A2 stainless steel and conforms to DIN 975 standards. It suits a wide range of fixing applications, including use with drop in anchors, masonry anchor shields and chemical fixing where non-standard sizes are required.

A2 Type 304 stainless steel contains approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This austenitic, non-magnetic steel offers resistance to corrosion and oxidation, making it suitable for coastal and corrosive settings, as well as sanitary or hygiene-related applications. It is also widely used where strong timber connections are needed, including soft furnishing work, playground manufacture and climbing wall manufacture.
