Globaltic Apple Lumpwood charcoal 5kg

Globaltic Apple Lumpwood Charcoal offers an alternative to silver birch charcoal, with a fast-lighting, hot-burning profile and a subtly sweet, fruity character while grilling. This 5kg bag is suited to those who want to introduce a different flavour note when cooking meats over charcoal.

It can also be paired with apple smoking chunks for a more pronounced smoke flavour. For a longer burn, it can be mixed with Signature Silver Birch Charcoal.
