Handrails Direct Oversley Walnut Half Turn Handrail

Designed for staircases with a central landing, the Handrails Direct Oversley Walnut half turn handrail system brings a richer walnut-effect finish to both stair runs without the upkeep associated with real wood. The cocoa-brown tone with cooler undertones gives the installation a classic, considered look, while the steel handrail construction offers lasting strength for everyday use.

Applied using a heat transfer process, the Oversley Walnut finish creates a realistic wood grain effect across each pole. This system is made to follow a half turn staircase that turns back on itself, with four adjustable elbows helping the handrail continue neatly around the landing and along both sections. It is suitable for left or right turning staircases and is fully compatible with the wider 40mm indoor handrail system. Handrails Direct also offers a choice of component finishes, including Loxley Antique Brass, Harbury Brushed Silver and Kineton Matt Black, allowing the overall look to be tailored to different interior styles.

Please note

• As part of the heat transfer process, there may be a very fine join line on the underside of each pole
• Position the join line facing downwards during installation so it sits out of sight once fitted
• If your staircase is under 8.4 metres, the poles can be cut to size

Installation

• Easy to install with no specialist tools required
• For shorter staircases, cut the poles to size using a fine toothed hacksaw with 24 to 32 TPI

Care

Wipe clean to remove everyday marks and dust.
