A wrap-around stainless-steel base is optimised for induction efficiency, while reinforced, flared rims support drip-free pouring. Flush rivets help with easy cleaning and allow the pans to stack and nest neatly when stored.

Use and care

• Metal utensil safe
• Hand-wash; thoroughly dry with a soft cloth
• Wright's Copper Cream recommended for polishing and removing any discolouration
• Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads or harsh detergents
• Copper will develop a natural patina over time; to restore shine, use a copper polish and dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth
• Not recommended for the dishwasher
