Optimised for induction and suitable for all hobs including gas and electric, this pan offers 20% more cooking surface than traditional pans its size for better browning. Ergonomic handles are secured with flush rivets for a firm, comfortable hold when moving from cooking to serving, while sealed rims are encased with stainless steel to help prevent wear and tear.
