Il Caggio Prosecco (750ml - 11%)

From Viticoltori Friulani La Delizia, Il Caggio Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia with 11% ABV. Produced by a cooperative founded in 1931, it comes from a winery working with more than 500 growers across 2,000 hectares of vineyards in the Friuli plain, within the Friuli Grave and Prosecco DOC areas.

In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. Small, lively bubbles and a smooth mousse lead into subtle notes of wild apple and pear, while the finish stays fresh and lifted. Velvety, balanced and harmonious, it suits celebratory toasts as well as serving as an aperitif.
