Iron Maiden Fear of the Dark is a double LP vinyl edition presented in a gatefold sleeve. The ninth studio album was released on 11 May 1992 and became the band’s third studio release to top the UK albums chart. It was the last studio album to feature Bruce Dickinson as lead vocalist until his return in 1999.

The album marked the first time bassist and band founder Steve Harris took the producer credit, and it was also the final Iron Maiden release produced with Martin Birch, who retired after its release.
