At its core, high-density insulated EPS foam (25kg/m3) provides year-round insulation, helping to retain heat. A galvanised C-channel reinforces the structure to help prevent sagging or warping over time, while the tapered design encourages rainwater to run off rather than pool. For easier handling, the folding design is paired with 6 durable handles, making lifting, removing and storing the cover more manageable. Child-resistant lock-down straps with keys add extra reassurance by keeping the cover secure and tight on the hot tub.
