At its core, high-density insulated EPS foam (25kg/m3) supports year-round insulation to help maintain water temperature. For long-term performance, the cover is reinforced with a galvanised C-channel to provide structural support and help prevent sagging or warping. A tapered profile encourages rainwater to run off, while UV and mildew-resistant marine-grade top vinyl and PVC leather are selected to withstand outdoor conditions.

For added peace of mind, 4 child-resistant lock-down straps with keys help keep the cover secure and tight on your hot tub.
