Joy Division 'Closer' is an LP pressed on 180g black vinyl. It is the second studio album by the English rock band, released on 15 July 1980 by Factory Records.

The album arrived two months after the suicide of lead singer and lyricist Ian Curtis. Following the non-album single 'Love Will Tear Us Apart', the band split, with the remaining members forming New Order.
