KitchenAid Gourmet 18cm / 7 Inch Santoku Kitchen Knife, Sharp High-Carbon Japanese Steel

From KitchenAid, this Gourmet Santoku Kitchen Knife is designed for everyday meal prep, with a ridged blade that helps prevent food from sticking as you slice. It’s a practical choice for chopping and dicing vegetables, bringing a clean, controlled feel to daily cooking tasks.

Forged from semi-polished, high-carbon Japanese steel, the blade is hardened and tempered to help maintain a long-lasting edge for consistent, professional-quality cutting. An eastern-style ergonomic handle with a triple-riveted pin design supports confident handling, while the textured finish is engineered for a comfortable grip and finished with a stainless steel endcap. For safe storage between uses, the knife includes a custom-fit blade cover. It’s also top rack dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the knife; dry immediately after cleaning.
