Ktima Biblia Chora, Pangeon, Areti White, Assyrtiko 2024 75cl

From Ktima Biblia Chora in Pangeon, Areti White 2024 is an Assyrtiko with a poised, mineral style. Bright citrus and exotic fruit character run through the wine, with aromas of lemon, tangerine and fruit zest lifted by the variety’s characteristic stony minerality.

The palate is beautifully balanced, combining lovely texture with zingy freshness. Its crisp, expressive profile makes it well suited to serving chilled as an aperitif or alongside lighter dishes.
