From Balfour Winery at Hush Heath Estate in Kent, Skye's Chardonnay is an English still white wine made from Burgundy clones and the 2022 vintage. Head Winemaker Fergus Elias crafts this unoaked Chardonnay with full malolactic fermentation and extended ageing on the lees, with regular bâtonnage, giving the wine a rounded texture while preserving a bright citrus character.

Hand-picked from the estate’s warmest Chardonnay vineyards on clay, greensand and chalk soils, it is medium-bodied and mineral-driven, with a long, dry, saline finish. This is a poised choice alongside seafood and shellfish, lighter poultry and fresh herb-led salads. The 2022 vintage received 92 points from Decanter.
