Each pan is made from 18/10 stainless steel and finished with a fully encapsulated, impact bonded induction base for efficient heat storage and distribution.

The 16cm/1.5L saucepan suits everything from sauces to pasta, while the 20cm/3.1L and 24cm/5.4L casseroles offer two riveted loop handles for confident lifting. Glass lids with steam holes, stainless steel rims and handles let you monitor cooking without lifting the lid, and rolled pouring lips support neat serving.

Use and care

• Remove packaging and labels before wetting, then clean with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth
• Hand wash and dry pans and lids before first use
• For handwashing, use hot, soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean gently with a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across glass-topped hobs and match pan diameter to the hob ring
• Heat pans gradually rather than starting on high heat
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils; avoid sharp implements that might scratch
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven and place pans on an oven shelf, not the oven floor
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
