Built for everyday cooking, the Kuhn Rikon Classic Induction Frying Pan Set combines durable 18/10 stainless steel with a three layer non-stick toughened with titanium particles. With two versatile sizes, it suits everything from quick breakfasts to omelettes, steaks and sausages.

Each pan is finished with a comfortable bakelite handle designed to stay cool on the hob, and a fully encapsulated impact bonded base for optimum heat distribution. An all round rolled pouring lip helps with neat serving, while compatibility with all hob types, including induction, makes the set easy to slot into any kitchen routine. Both pans are oven safe to 220°C.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the pan, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry the pan before first use
• If cleaning by hand use hot, soapy water; stubborn burnt on stains might need soaking first
• Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning; do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers
• Avoid dragging your pan across a glass topped hob
• Try to match the diameter of the pan to the ring on the hob
• Always heat up a pan gradually, don’t place it on a high heat
• Use silicone or wooden utensils; do not use sharp implements, such as knives, or electric blenders in the pan
• The pan handle will stay cool on the hob provided gas flames are not licking up the side
• Use oven gloves when removing the pan from the oven
• Do not place the pan on the oven floor, always use an oven shelf
• Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar
