Designed for everyday cooking, the Kuhn Rikon Easy Induction high wall frying pan brings extra depth to a versatile non-stick format. Built on a forged aluminium core, it offers a lightweight feel and an easy-clean interior suited to busy kitchens.

A 5mm thick, warp resistant base makes it suitable for all types of hob, including induction, while oven use up to 220°C extends its flexibility. Finished with a dark grey outer coating and a stay cool handle with hanging loop, it’s made to be comfortable to handle and simple to store.

Use and care

• Before first use, remove sticky labels and residue with a soapy cloth or sponge, then handwash and dry
• For handwashing, use hot soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean with a nylon brush or scourer and avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scourers
• Use silicone or wooden utensils and avoid sharp implements or electric blenders in the pan
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring where possible
• Keep gas flames from licking up the sides of the pan
• Never heat an empty pan; heat gradually and avoid starting on high heat
• Avoid dragging across a glass topped hob
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place pans on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
