From quick breakfasts to omelettes, steaks and sausages, it offers a practical, hard-wearing finish designed for regular use.

A thick, fully encapsulated impact bonded base is designed to absorb and spread heat efficiently, while the all round rolled pouring lip helps with neat serving. The ergonomic bakelite handle is shaped for comfort and stays cool on the hob.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the pan, then clean with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry before first use
• If washing by hand, use hot, soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt on stains
• Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass topped hob
• Try to match the diameter of the pan to the ring on the hob
• Heat the pan gradually rather than placing it straight on a high heat
• Use silicone or wooden utensils; avoid sharp implements such as knives and do not use electric blenders in the pan
• The handle stays cool on the hob provided gas flames are not licking up the side
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place the pan on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
• Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar
