Built for busy kitchens, the Kuhn Rikon Easy Pro Frying Pan Set includes two forged aluminium pans with a durable non-stick finish for everyday frying. The 20cm and 24cm sizes suit everything from a quick omelette to frying fish, steak or halloumi, with a design intended to deliver even cooking across the pan.

Each pan features a 3-layer non-stick coating with titanium particles for added strength, paired with an ergonomic stainless steel riveted handle and hanging loop. Suitable for all hob types including induction, the pans can also be transferred into the oven up to 240°C for added flexibility.

Use and care

• Before first use, remove labels and residue with a soapy cloth or sponge, then handwash and dry
• For handwashing, clean with hot soapy water; soak stubborn burnt-on marks before washing
• Use a nylon brush or scourer and avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scourers
• Use silicone or wooden utensils
• Keep gas flames from licking up the sides to help the handle stay cool on the hob
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring, heat gradually and avoid high heat
• Avoid dragging across glass-topped hobs
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven and place pans on an oven shelf, not the oven floor
